If you are not happy with your Matteca subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your payment. Just contact our team and we will refund you.
How to request a refund
Email us at monotify016@gmail.com with the email address on your account and a short note. Requests are reviewed by the team and, once approved, the refund is processed back to your original payment method. We will let you know the outcome by email.
After 30 days
You can still reach out after 30 days and we will review your request, though refunds outside the 30-day window are at our discretion. Your statutory rights under Paddle's Buyer Terms are not affected.
Free trial
Starter starts with a free trial, so you are not charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being billed.
