What gets deleted
- Your profile and account credentials
- All tracker entries, scores, and streaks
- Chat history with the AI assistant
- Finance, sleep, work, gym, and diet logs
- Notification schedules and preferences
- Connected third-party integration tokens
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to request deletion
Send an email from the address associated with your Matteca account to:
monotify016@gmail.comUse the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address in the body.
We will process your request and permanently delete all data within 30 days.
